Registration Fee
Your registration fee includes breakfast both days, refreshment breaks, and access to handouts. Lunch on Thursday is on your own.

Guests
These events are not open to guests.
If special circumstances require bringing a guest, please contact us at newlyelected@tml.org for more information and pricing.

Name Badges and Handouts
Registered attendees will pickup a name badge when they check in onsite.Online access to handouts will be provided by email at least one week prior to the event. All correspondence will be sent to the email used on the registration.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation is emailed to newlyelected@tml.org by June 26 for San Antonio and by July 22 for Round Rock. No refunds will be honored after these dates. Transfers to other events is not permitted. Substitutions are always accepted.

The Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) recognizes elected officials who commit to continuing their professional development. How Should I Dress?
Dress casually and comfortably; jeans are welcome. Because meeting room temperatures can vary, we recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort.
