Confirmation/Name Badges/Handouts
Your email confirmation will be sent to the email address used on your registration. Name badges will be available onsite. Access to online handouts will be provided at least one week prior to the event.
Guests
These events are not open to guests. If special circumstances require bringing a guest, please contact us at newlyelected@tml.org for more information and pricing.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation is emailed to newlyelected@tml.org by June 29 for Allen and July 21 for San Antonio. Cancellations will not be accepted after these dates and transfers are not permitted.

Continuing Education Credit for Elected Officials
The Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) recognizes elected officials who commit to continuing their professional development. TMLI award levels begin with the certificate of recognition earning a minimum of 42 CEUs and increase to certified municipal official with 72 or more CEUs. How Should I Dress?
Dress casually and comfortably; jeans are welcome. Because meeting room temperatures can vary, we recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort.
