The orientation will be held at the Hilton Palacio del Rio Hotel, located on the River Walk at 200 S Alamo Street in San Antonio. The hotel has extended a room rate of $192 single and $217 double occupancy through June 26. Valet parking is available for $50 plus tax per night. Self-parking is not available at the hotel.

Please note that times for valet will be longer than normal and we ask that all guests are patient with us as we navigate the construction. We will not have call down services available as we cannot keep cars on the drive. All guests must be present at the front drive to request their vehicles.

To reserve rooms online, visit Hilton Palacio. Choose attendee under guest type, enter arrival and departure dates, and click on the search tab to choose your room type.
