Guests: This event is open only to registered attendees and is not open to guests. If special circumstances require bringing a guest, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and pricing.
Confirmations: Confirmations will be emailed to you if you provide an email address. Workshop badges will be mailed to all delegates registered up to one week before the workshop.
If you cannot attend and need to transfer to the same event on a different date, your request must be received in writing to email@example.com by July 4. No transfer requests will be accepted after this date. Transfers are only allowed once.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy: If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation is emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by July 4 for the workshop in Waco or by July 25 for the workshop in San Antonio.
