The orientation will be held at the Historic Menger Hotel, located at 204 Alamo Plaza in San Antonio. The hotel has extended a room rate of $143 single or double occupancy through July 14. Valet parking is available for overnight guests for $25 plus tax per night. Self-parking is not available at the hotel.
