The orientation will be held at the Hilton Palacio del Rio Hotel, located on the River Walk at 200 S Alamo Street in San Antonio. The hotel has extended a room rate of $195 single and $220 double occupancy through June 26. Valet parking is available for $50 plus tax per night. Self-parking is not available at the hotel.
